Time is short do something.

1. Give and update. Something must be going on. If there is nothing in the works we are all screwed.

2. Raise Cash(You said no problem) what are you taking us to the edge.

3. Sell the company, if you cant raise cash you have to sell no matter the price. Make a deal.

4. Get Permit. (Yeah Right)

If we go bankrupt and the board had turned down any deal this will be class action hell.
