"Chavez said during a rambling, 57-minute address" that's all he does is ramble. I watched for 15 minutes and he wouldn't answer any of Larry's questions directly. He always spun it back around and pointed the finger some place other than himself or he flat out lied. 15 minutes was all I could take.
