I am particularly interested in this statement.

However, both Luis Herrera, President of Minerva, as the Minister of MIBAN, Rodolfo Sanz already in the sights of the "V-generation binoculars" and "fall" is a matter of hours.

Does anybody know what V-Generation stands for? Is there an alternate translation?
