I wonder what the Russians will think if Chavez pisses away the $4 billion on more of his wild takeovers of the few profitable companies left in private hands in the country, and runs them into the ground....

Do they just keep handing over cash, weapons and technical assistance to Hugo, or is there a quid pro quo nestled somewhere in these deals.... I really don't think all these "loans" come without strings attached somewhere......
