Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
in summary to todays posts gw,EZ,pen, silver,
i have to say that i've been pretty confused as to why hugo would'nt just offer us an amount...whatever the amount is... in the past he has offered companies a bargain basement price for stealing thier property and the company either takes it (and waits for hugo to pay them) or they dont...and everybody goes to international masterbation..i mean arbitration....
no matter how you cut it...kry is worth under $100mil right now (thats the market cap).. i know, i know contract/equipment/goodwill/blahblahblah...the freemarket has determined that kry is worth about $73mil....so why would'nt hugo just say "here's an offer of $400mil to go away" and then take his sweet time to pay.........or actually spend under $400mil and gain a controlling interest in the company...even better for him! the only thing that makes sense to me is that hugo believes he can brush off KRY for little or nothing and he does'nt care if these projects ever get into production...and so far, he's doing pretty well....
the numbers to fix this problem are continuously getting smaller...but still, we negotiate (with who? nobody knows)
which brings us back to, what the h' is going on with LB/LC?
1- "my personal favorite" either hugo is trying to starve us out (in which case, why negotiate?)
2- he's trying to raise money from outside sources to buy us off (in which case, why not make us an offer and we get out of the way so he can sell the JV while we wait to get paid)
3. hugo has already told us to f' off and fung is waiting for hugo to get out of office so he can pursue the original objective...
4.there's a legal/financial issue we are not aware of and arbitration is not really an option...
5. fung and hugo have already worked out a deal....we're just not privy to it...
