I guess this means that our partener will not be one of the majors out of Russia. They seem to be sticking close to home. It seems that maybe all Russia's role will be, is possibly lending half the money to Chavez. The other half? Maybe Agapov can come up with enough to bankroll Rusoro, although I just don't see them having the where with all to do LC.

Soooo, maybe the mine will be bought out, but KRY will be kept as the contractor, but will just get paid a smaller percentage. So maybe we'll get 1 billion plus shares, plus be hired to do the building, and do the mining for 10-15 %. Go off and invest in another property or two, keep a couple hundre million for operating expenses, and have an income, by simply becoming the paid contractor to do the actual mining at LC. ????? Crazy? maybe, but something is taking a long time to work out.
