CJR....that's a very interesting scenario you just layed out.....LB used only as a 'front', to sell African gold/diamonds, that would otherwise be sold on the black market for much much less...meanwhile, LB can be developed slowly, no pressure. Makes a 20 year mine turn out be be a 40 year mine, or a very very lucrative 20 year mine.....
