I think this is a good post and I have also suspected that "Chavez will do nothing in response to anything our Mr. Fung has proposed, other than to wait us out until arbitration is the only option left. Bringing to mind the Chineese torture of a thousand cuts..."
But here is the thing -- If Fung is half as good a negotiator/business person that other board members claim, I would hope -- I would expect -- that Fung would have understood Chavez's game months ago. In other words, if Chavez is not going to do anything, and Fung knows this, I think we would already be in arbitration.
So, giving Fung the benefit of the doubt, the fact that we are not in arbitration gives me hope.
But, if Chavez is really trying to bleed us into bankruptcy/arbitration and has no intention of resolving this without a legal proceeding, and Fung has not figured this out yet, we may be somewhat screwed...
