The reasons should be obvious for the differences between KRY and GRZ, at least to the market eyes:
- Both GRZ and KRY have valid contracts or claims that will easily be awarded in arbitration.
- GRZ has consistently communicated their intentions and kept shareholders informed.
- KRY has probably the more solid contract but we don't know what they are doing
- GRZ placed a firm value on their claim and provided a definite timeline for filing
- KRY made a vague statement of valueand has been stating they are in daily contact with VZ officials but we don't know who. What they are doing and the potential is left to faith.
The biggest difference is that:
- GRZ has the funds to see them through arbitration.
- KRY will run out of cash this quarter and has no source of money at this time. KRY cannot file for arbitration without funding because if they become insolvent before an award the claim is null.
I am invested in both but I admit I dissapointed in KRY. We must act on faith while GRZ shareholders act on facts. Both claims are good but only GRZ has given firm guidance and only GRZ has the funds to do it.
Bash me, trash me or ban me but these are the facts. We are all resting our hopes on Fung's great skills but the reality is we have seen no results and we have no more money. It is time for sharholders toi stand up and demand to know what is going on.
My personal belief is we avoided arbitration hoping for a better solution but now things have reached a desparation point.
