JC now notice that block sits under the bid at .24 instead of over the ask. Right now its 279k. The Amex has been doing that for months.

Looks obvious to me they are sandwiching the pps. You can't tell me that 260k order was a buy above the ask earlier OR even if it was a sell then why would they move it now 2 cents below their previous ask price....they would just sell at .25 if that was the case. Come on guys quite playing with the stock price!
