SeaHawks...it just doesn't seem to be how Venezuela operates. Yes...that would be fair...but I believe Venezuela's view of "joint partnership" is they get at least half the profits but put zero money up. They're effectively broke right now anyway. Don't take my word for it. I think most people on this board would agree with that opinion.
