Why not. That is the split the government is looking for. KRY has paid for the hospital/sewage upgrades, the runway upgrade and spent millions on this infrastructure. The government kicks in the cost to costruct the mine...and KRY shareholders don't have to get dilluted again...with a huge share offering to pay for the construction project.
