GW - Of late I have been very negative on and very sceptical of Fung's abilities. In this case however I will defend him. Fung has always been against employees investing in the company because he feels it takes attention away from what must be done and also it presets legal problems. He has always discouraged employee direct ownership.

I don't agree with his position but I respect it.
