I think much of the rapid decline in the markets however was when the fed removed the "uptick rule"

And the little guy keeps asking the same questions: "Why not bring back the uptick rule?" and "Why not regulate OTC derivatives?".

Maybe someone here has a good explanation. Personally...I think it is so "The Man" can continue his corrupt games.
