Agreed. Doug is not going to waste time.

IMO we will either see a filing this week by GRZ or the deal being negotiated involves KRY and GRZ.

Since I actually believe that Fung is a sharp guy, if GRZ alone files, I think it means KRY is well into a deal.

Too optimistic, heads we win -- tails you lose, maybe but that's how I see it right now. Only a filing by us without announcing a financing plan would be a bad thing.
