GW - I don't have much faith left in Fung having something in the works. We don't have the cash to meet the solvency requirement for filing arbitration so we don't file. I can't believe taht VZ would be in high level positive discussions with KRY and not with GRZ. I find it more likely that we have met the same roadblock but since we have no cash our complaints lack any fire. I think Fung has either been hoping to get something done or he is trying to get financing.

My only hope is this move by GRZ will bolster someone into financing our claim. Otherwise we are toast.

We should have filed months ago.
