I emailed RM yesterday after the GRZ press release and asked if there was any change in our status, and if the filing of arbitration by GRZ would have any impact on our "process". He stressed the KRY dialogue with Venezuelan officials, something that I had not specifically asked about.

HIS RESPONSE:

Our status and activities are unchanged.

The Company is seeking a solution/resolution to the Las Cristinas
Dispute/Saga. I believe this summer GRZ indicated that they had not met with the Minister's Office or Senior Venezuelan Officials to discuss the Brisas concessions cancellation and Permit cancellations, whereas Crystallex stated that it had discussed its position regarding Las Cristinas with the Office of the President of Venezuela, the Office of the Minister of MIBAM and the Office of the President of the CVG as well as other Senior Venezuelan officials.

Crystallex is working diligently for a solution/resolution to the Las Cristinas Dispute and updates shareholders on material news with press releases and regulatory filings.
