I e-mailed RM today trying to get him to further define what is meant by engaged in a process which Crystallex believes could bring about a resolution to the Las Cristinas dispute.

Though he refused my invitation, he did volunteer this:

The Company is current with its disclosure and will be updating shareholders by the middle of November with its Q3 financial statement and MD&A filings.
