Now can we continue on with the fact finding that this board is truly a gem for and leave the pumping and ranting to off topic stuff.

Perhaps, rather than simply saying how tired your are of my worthless "yo-yo posts", you could actually try to respond to some of the questions I posed:

1. Is it (legally) feasible that a deal has been done but kept under wraps (although a material event) until the end of quarter report at the request of Vz? I don't know. Do you?

2. Presuming we get an arbitration award and Vz. resists payment...how long might it take to get our check in the mail? I don't know...do you?

I asked some questions that apparantly you don't know the answers to....but for some reason you felt the need to go on record about your annoyance at my "yo-yo posts" rather than address the questions posed.
