I think our last close at a price other than .25 was around 9/24. Seems to always be a small final trade to close it at .25.

Sure, seems like GRZ would like a settlement. Hugo doesn't have a good recent history on settlements after arbitration, but that is dominated by his oil and basic industry expropriations. And GRZ does have all the engineering and design work that would take years to duplicate.
