You are assuming Chavez cares about or even has some rational thought about the process. He has taken over industries and nationalized them in the hope of what? More money? Hasn't happened. More efficiencies? Hasn't happened. Everything here is done on principal. This captain is going down with the ship. The VZ people will see just what a mess he will leave. Trust me, he cares not what the outcome is, only if it fills his propagandan shoes.
