I remember a while back, that there was something in an article, or pr from VZ, that Chavez was going to be 'settling their debts' with some of the borrowed money, so they could start off, in my words, without the cloud over their head....something like that.

It was a couple weeks ago, when they were talking about the inventory of gold sites, starting new JV. Does anyone else remember that?
