Here we go, hopefully part of this money is to buy out Crystallex. If Chavez was going to take both mines wouldn't they just have taken both yesterday in one undertaking? As Sanz has said before there is a legal matter with Crystallex so he can't just take them over. The CVG is broke so hopefully this debt issued will help buy us out and start the mine.
