Have faith that that is true because I really doubt that management would say it if it wasn't the true. Mainly because it would be illegal I think.

My understanding is that if we go bankrupt, notwithstanding the positive statements made by Fung regarding the ability to secure financing.....that shareholders have no legal recourse. You might want to check with NoBear or Hoov to get their legal opinion on that.
