Hugo isn't going to offer 1 cent to KRY (unless through arbitration).

He avoids any cost by way of allowing for a JV or KRY buy-out because arbitration is a mechanism that Fung is attempting to avoid. Thoughts of Billions of Dollars is a pipe dream. I would encourage you to work on the assumption of a stock swap for the JV or buy-out. It might be EZ Street's GG or ABX or a Russian. Time will tell. My inclination is that it will be a Russian JV or buy-out. God forbid Fung and Co are even giving any effort to continue negotiations with the Vennies because we all know where that's going to lead to if a JV/buy-out isn't in the works!
