Rayzz - I hope your purchase works for you. At the same time I don't think this or any board has any real influence on the markets. The vast majority of retail shareholders don't do any DD at all and KRY is mostly retail. Instutions I doubt take any advice positive or negative from message boards.
My comment then is that we are not investing in a cause, we are investing in a business that is publically traded on the markets. The market hates uncertainty and right now when the markets look at GRZ they see action and information, which if not a certainty it is less of an unkown. That's my opinion on why GRZ has risen, though I think it will settle back as time moves and more information comes to play.
As for my and others' "negativity" I can think that mgt should provide more information and you can think that their silence is because they are close to a deal. These are just two opinions and both have a place here and both should be important for new investors to consider. I have not advised anyone to sell. Like most here we made our decisions and we have our reasons for staying in. I still think the risk reward is decent even if I were to see a greater chance of losing it all than any kind of a deal.
Our situation is far from rosey and like it or not we ARE up against a very grave deadline with little information to the contrary. Any investor in a speculative and most specifically this speculative stock should know what they are getting into. If we listen only to those who share your view then KRY would seem a 100% lock for big gains. Unless you know something the market does not this is not the case. Each of us needs to understand we face just as much chance of loss as any gain if not more. If I were new or considering getting in I would want to know the risks as well as the rewards. When we go in with eyes wide open we have no one to blame but ourselves if it tanks.
One thing I have not seen is facts to support the "all is well" camp. I have only seen disputes of posts that question what is going on, some laced only with insults.
While I still don't believe your assessment tha me, CJR or anyone on this board caused the price to drop I would much rather have on my conscious someone knowing what they face vs simply cheerleading. Considering my own investment in KRY if I really had any influence I should be pumping, but I would not feel that was ethical.
Off to dinner....
