1. Is it the fact GRZ has filed.
2. Is it because GRZ's case better then Kry's because they were awarded the permit then had it nullified or is it that their cash position is better.
3. Is it that somehow GRZ is closer to a deal then KRY, eventhough it appears they are not been speaking to anyone.
4. If GRZ goes up should Kry not go up also. Kry is not going bankrupt they could raise cash to fight the the case through arbitration. The property is going to be mined together so if Grz resolves it is likely Kry will resolve. I do not understand why Grz is moving and Kry is not.
5. I do believe that is was litigation strategy to have GRZ file first. GRZ has a better case. Once GRZ settles, Kry will settle, saving litigation expenses.
