MOM, I think GRZ's runup has been from West Face capital if you look at their 13D's posted on the SEC site for GRZ. If there was a plan for this to be shorted then West face would be taking it in the shorts (pun:) As of their latest filing it says they own 7.8M shares and their last purchase was 11/3 for 286,938.
