This would tickle the shit out of me however, Hugo has such a lock on the entire govt right now it would be doubtful if a legitimate replacemnet would be any brighter/better. Unfortunately there has been a brain drain from the country. Most of the intelligencia have left for Florida and points unknown to escape any prosecution by Chavez because he sees them as a threat. Nothin' different than any other dictatorship we've seen in any other country. He's frickin' nuts. That's all there is to it and my hope is fading daily that we will ever mine the property and see the sp hit double digits. Arbitration seems like the only way out unless we can wait out a change to a completely new regime which is friendly to corporations and their expertise working the the govt to maximize the development of the natural resource sector.
