It appears the shareowners are the ones who will loose everything. Nothing I've read says we are on a path toward resolution....nothing. Then why the f**K are we not heading to arbitration. Fire everybody, move the f**K out of the high priced offices, sell all of the equipment, and secure financing to see us through arbitration.

Unfortunally, I see us shareowners being wiped out in a BK filing here. There is now way we can pay the interest and note due in 2011 and fund the legal......we are done! That fat f**k red shirted piece of sh*t knows our situation and is working it to his advantage.
