jingles, at first when i read you're post i thought "yeah, you can sue them if you want to spend $100mil to get back your $100k".....

after further review..... since each stock investor is "technically" a percentage owner in the company here is my question:

would it be possible for shareholders to use company funds to file individual suits against venezuela...we would'nt need enough to see us through the entire icsid process....

just enough to file a 1000 or so individual arbitration cases against hugo...the mere threat of this might open hugo's eyes....the bad press alone would probably get hugo thrown out...

fellow shareholders, maybe we should get involved in a process too.. we may never see anything out of it, but we'd go down fighting....
