Cubans are providing the guidance and have been for years. They are in Ven as advisors in many areas of Ven's economy and social development. In Cuba All aspects of the tourist industry, hotels. travel, etc., is run by and profited by its army. I think that is where Chavez got the idea to expropiate the Hyatt Hotel. There is more to come. The Cuban advisors are running Venezuela. There should be an International law that says expropriation settlements should be completed within the year.
