They may have simply stated that they are UNAWARE of the leak of the ongoing deal. IMHO the surge and sustenance of the SP speaks for itself.. Yes the MM's/Houses might use the lack of confirmation from KRY to bleed some more cheap shares until the final NR confirmation is made but again IMHO with stocks this is different then the surges we had before as the volume and price action speaks "volumes"....
