My earlier post came from the top of my head and only guessed it was around 2005. Basically I recalled this statement from Bruce, now that you remind me. Again it says "The company is 'not aware' . of any developments which might account for recent weakness in share price and increase market activity". Looks like the same scenario today. I think around that same time Bruce diluted our stake by 20M shares @$4.00. You have better research ability than me so you might correct me. even so the jist is there that this "unaware" business is not good for shareholder's perspective.
