Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
It is nice to see that most posters have since moved on from the gloom and doom surrounding the sale of some equipment to finance cashflow to today's developments.

" A number of possible transactions and structures"
" While discussions are ongoing"

Simply put, "the process" continues. What is the process? The process is the evaluation of the different "possible transactions" (translated = sale(s)) or a JV/merger (structure)
"Discussions" = negotiations.
So while Crystallex negotiates the best deal it can the stock has a major run-up on some leak of some kind so in my mind today's developments can only be viewed as positive news. I think those that have thoughts of selling will be kicking themselves later but to each their own. USD 2 billion / 2 for a sooner deal than arbitration = USD 2.50 - 3.00 target in my mind.
I haven't sold 1 share yet, just accumulating.
The sticking point in terms of timing is probably the structuring of the deal with the best candidate that appeases the Vennies.
