Let's say there is an agreement in principle with another company or the Venezuelan government but the other company or entity does not want the news public until say 11/20. If the news is leaked out early then Crystallex has to comment that there is nothing outstanding. There could still be something that comes out later this week.

Just thinking out loud and hoping.

Anyone with me on that thought?
