Makin - I think the difference is that KRY has a contract with CVG who holds the concession. As such I think they also have access to all of the site data too .

That said, KRY's strength is that they have fully complied with the MOC and while VZ could simply kick them out and take data I think they realize that fighting a breach of contract is more difficult than defending a nationalization/siezure.

This is becoming an interesting play.
