Also and here is a where it gets sticky for VZ. If KRY was to lose their contract somehow and LC was awarded to another company here is where I don't think mining could begin anytime soon. I was told by RM when Minca defaulted and KRY was awarded the contract that KRY was REQUIRED to do another feasibilty study and EIS whereas Minca had already done these. No way another takes over LC and doesn't have to do all of these over again because VZ has already set a precedence. A precedence goes a long ways in court :)
