Hold on one second there fearless. Throw this in to the mix. If they combine LB and LC it will set these projects back at least 2 years probably more as someone will have to start over and resubmit an EIS and get that approved along with all the other paperwork/permits/etc. VZ has said they wanted to kick this off in 2009. I don't see that happening but that comment contradicts the idea of combining the projects and starting from scratch. While it may indeed happen, one should know that the company or companies who will mine this are a couple years away from operations if they do combine the projects.
