I do not have doubts - I believe in the end KRY will return on investment - whether it be through permit, JV, sale or arbitration.

I am making the point that the volume we saw earlier in the week did not move the SP enough to mean much. It is more of the same we have experienced through the last couple of years.

My position per the title is simply this weeks activity doesn't mean a thing. I am looking to this group to give me a reason to be optimistic. Like I said before - I am basing my opinion on the fact that there does not appear to be much real acumulation occurring. The accumulation is on the decline - even today. Looks like the shares accumulated at 0.25 are being sold back at a higher price. Smart trading - buy low - sell high.
