The recent action suggests to me there is speculation of a deal rather than arbitration in the works. On that I would look to exit in the $2 to $3 level.
If Fung is not bluffing and, indeed, has a "Plan B" whereby he could secure financing thru arbitration then I agree with that statement. Personally.....I can't believe that Fung does not have a "Plan B" in his hip pocket. The asset (MOC) is simply worth too much for him to end his carreer in a wimpering bankrupcy filing as gold soars to historic heights. As we all know....you cannot apply logic to Venezuela. However, I am still foolish enough to believe that you CAN apply logic to the strategy of a rational, successful, well connected businessman negotiating in the context of applicable international law.....notwithstanding the fact that Venezuela is involved. Yup...Fung has a "Plan B". Even a gloom 'n Doomer like me understands that concept.
