When you don't have much and you are selling off the furnature to pay the electric bill even a small expense should be avoided unless it is important.

This was a comment I got from RM when I pressed for a PR. He mentioned they needed to conserve cash burn and that it was KRY's policy to only issue PR's upon material events and not in response to media reports or rumours. They have been using quarterly reports for material event releases this last year or so. Cash is very slim and we are basically living quarter to quarter (these are my words not his).

I'm as big a pusher for PR's/information as anyone, but unless they have something to say that is important I'd just as soon have them save the money. Even a few thousand is important these days.
