Gw.....without going over my position with a magnifing glass, I'd say were tied $$ wise on this one, right done to it being my only play, and not yet at the point of selling my furniture, ( although my suv is for sale...goona buy an 87' 4runner).

I would say right now that I'm thinking of canceling my membership in one of the clubs I belong to. :(
