Two problems remain for KRY in order to put together a JV/or sale:

1. get the Vennies to agree to KRY's JV deal or sale

2. amend the BCV gold sale deal so a profit can be made

I suspect that these would be conditions placed upon any deal by the JV partner or buyer.

Maybe the BCV will amend their gold sale rule. If this happens then I think we will see a deal take place. Perhaps RML is waiting for this change which is why they are storing their gold and not selling it at a loss to the BCV.
