chancellor led the protest/blockade of LC because kry did'nt open LC.....after a couple years in prison he claimed he understood that the problem was'nt entirely kry's fault (you know, that little permit issue).....

i think chancellor is now in the same boat we are in.....waiting for hugo's replacement to fix our situation...
