Pend - For me, simply because it is Roy who said it makes it 99% likely falsa. I don't think he has ever been right and his claims have been so out there. I think his last one was that Fung was secretly supporting a pending coup or something and his plan was to wait until Hugo was gone....I'm going from memory but in any case it was way way out there.

Roy gets most of his "DD" from this board and just rephrases it and exagerates it with fantasy claims. If he heard Fung was in China (anyone confirm this) he would just make up a story like this. I think he said something about Fung being in France negotiating a secret deal a while back too.

The $4-$5 per ounce is the kicker. That's where we are valued right now so why would he need to go to China to do a deal that is at or below current market vaule....especially with even an abismal failure in arbitration KRY would recover the $350 million investment in social projects.

He'd be better off asking for $100 million to keep them up through arbitration and the payout would be more than $4/$5 per ounce value.

Just remember that this is Roy we are talking about.
