I would think it would be PR'd by the company when they learn of a decision. Whether they halt the stock, I don't know. If a change of control has indeed occurred and the $100M in notes come due immediately, that to me would signify a material event worth a halt. And if the company wins and can finally put this issue behind them, that is pretty important too.
