like the man said...."judges are like a box of chocolates, there's no telling what you are gonna get"...

welll, cant say we did'nt know.....i wonder if a judgement in favor of the noteholders is subject to negotiation with the noteholders.....or will they just hold our feet to the coals?

on the other hand....a favorable judgement means a big "stay of execution"
