Not exactly EZ. This was a back door arrangement with Placer. The 50 bucks a token for the books I suppose. Placer was using Vannessa as a way to get back into LC when gold prices improved, they were going to buy back in.
At that time Vannessa was going to probably take the easy higher grade gold as prices were down, thus making it viable for them. It was nothing more than a sneaky way of holding on to the deposit for Placer.
