I think there is evidence abundant that Vz has and is showing thier larger purpose. It is Hugo's political and socialistic agenda that fit's that fits this to a tee. Is it legal what he may do? He can make a law to make it so. He has done it quite well in other industries.

His drift and alliances to countries such as Cuba, Russia, Iran pretty much says it all.
